Welcome to BTCZ Kviz ("App"), operated by BTCZ Team. By downloading, installing or using the App, you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the App.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use the App. If you are under 18, you must have permission from a parent or guardian.

2. Account

- You create an account using a device identifier (device_id). - You may generate a restore code to recover your account on a new device. - You are responsible for keeping your restore code safe. - We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts for abuse, fraud or violation of these Terms.

3. Usage Rules

You agree not to: - Use the App for illegal purposes - Attempt to hack, cheat or exploit the App - Spam, harass or abuse other users - Use automated tools (bots) to interact with the App - Share your restore code publicly

4. Rewards and Points

- Points are earned through daily login, quiz completions, referrals, fun facts sharing and social tasks. - Points are for in-app use only and have no real-world monetary value. - We may change or remove reward mechanics at any time without notice.

5. Intellectual Property

All content in the App (text, design, code, graphics) is owned by BTCZ Team or licensed to us. You may not copy, modify or distribute it without permission.

6. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES ARISING FROM USE OF THE APP.

7. Termination

We may terminate your access to the App at any time for any reason.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Slovenia.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance.
