Open BTCZ Awareness
Go to Profile
Tap Delete Account and confirm

Your account is deleted immediately.

Without the App

Send an e-mail to [email protected] with the subject "Account deletion" and include your restore code or your referral code (shown in the App), so we can find your account. We delete it within 30 days and confirm by e-mail.

What is deleted

Device identifier and restore code
Points balance, activity and game history
Saved BTCZ wallet address, referral data and social task data

What is kept

Server security logs (IP address, requests) – only as long as needed for security
Records of payouts already sent – they are public on the BitcoinZ blockchain and cannot be removed
